The hotel was clean and well-priced for a double room. The location was perfect, particularly close to the airport. My bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Liked having the pool and hot tub and that my room was close to everything.

That I had to pay for breakfast with the rate I paid for the room. I paid 6.50 for my grandchild to eat and all he had was a bowl of cereal and an apple!

I came there because of the pool due to the fact I have M.S. and swim daily. It was non operational. I also was looking forward to the shuttle that was also not in service .

The room was spacious and the value was great. This was a good, not great, hotel.

Paper-thin walls. We could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms and in the hallway.

The rooms are relaxing and attractive, with nicely renovated bathrooms, clean towels, and great bedding; also, they served great breakfast food.

All staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew were very friendly. The hotel was a great value for your money. We also enjoyed the $5.00 vouchers for going green.

No hot water. The room was extremely cold. It took all night for the room to warm up to 71°, and I do mean until the next day.

The room I stayed in at The Four Points By Sheraton Manhattan had a nicely renovated bathroom and comfortable beds. The location near Manhattan @ The FourPoint was peaceful and convenient.

The indoor jacuzzi was great! The bar had a good selection.

We were charged $25 for a parakeet on a super small cage. He did not even sang while we were there! Room smelled like old mold.

I requested a king size bed but didn't get a room with one. Room was musty/damp no refrigerator, breakfast was very disappointing for $10 I expected much more food available. The hotel was overpriced and we will not stay there again.

We didn't want to leave, can recommend. One of the reasons we stayed in this nicely updated hotel was a shuttle to the airport. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and good, close to everything. It was also just off Manhattan, Kansas, the center, and the restaurant.

Staff was slow to respond to requests. I was at the desk checking out and halfway through the check out the phone rang so staff answered it and put me off to take the phone call......take people in order. Also had to ask for things like coffee since I put the go green on my door so staff didn't need to pick up towels or change sheets. Guess that meant I didn't get coffee for the next morning either.
